These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, fair, and professional experience for all customers. By booking with Funfetti Events & Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
💳 Payment Policy
- A deposit equal to 50% of the rental total is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.
- The remaining balance is due at delivery or drop-off.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Venmo.
- Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup Policy
- Package prices include standard local delivery.
- Additional delivery fees may apply for extended distances or larger orders.
- Professional setup and breakdown services start at $40.
- Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carry distances, or special access locations.
- Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance and may be subject to delivery windows.
⏰ Late Pickup & Extended Rentals
- Rentals are valid only for the agreed rental period.
- Late pickups or extended rental use may result in additional charges.
🪑 Minimum Order Policy
- A minimum order of 10 chairs or one rental package is required.
- Individual chair rentals are $2 per chair with a 10-chair minimum.
🧼 Cleaning Policy
- All rental equipment must be returned clean and free of food, tape, glue, wax, or decorations.
- Excessively dirty items may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
⚠️ Damage & Missing Items
Customers are responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup.
Replacement fees include:
- Chairs: $10 each if damaged or missing
- Tables: $25 each if damaged or missing
Additional damage charges may apply depending on the extent of damage.
🌧️ Weather Policy
- Funfetti Events & Party Rentals does not offer refunds due to weather conditions.
- Customers are responsible for protecting rental equipment from rain, wind, and extreme weather conditions.
- Equipment damaged due to weather exposure will be charged accordingly.
🧱 Setup Surface & Accessibility
- Equipment must be placed on flat, stable surfaces.
- Chairs and tables may not be placed on dirt, sand, or uneven ground without prior approval.
- Deliveries involving stairs, long carry distances, or limited access must be disclosed in advance and may incur additional fees.
🚫 Use & Safety Policy
- Rental equipment is intended for normal seating and table use only.
- Standing, jumping, or misuse of rental equipment is prohibited.
- Customers are responsible for supervising children and guests during the rental period.
🛡️ Liability Disclaimer
Funfetti Events & Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of rental equipment. Customers assume full responsibility for safe use during the rental period.
📸 Photo & Marketing Use
Funfetti Events & Party Rentals may use photos of rental setups for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
🔒 Force Majeure
Funfetti Events & Party Rentals is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, emergencies, severe weather, accidents, or government restrictions.
✅ Agreement
By booking with Funfetti Events, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all rental policies listed above.
