These policies are designed to provide a safe, fair, and professional rental experience for every customer. By booking, submitting a deposit, or making payment to Funfetti Events LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your rental items and event date.
Package prices include standard local delivery when stated in the package description or quote.
Rental equipment is provided only for the rental period stated in your reservation.
Keeping equipment beyond the agreed rental period without approval may result in additional rental charges.
Any request to extend a rental must be approved by Funfetti Events LLC and is subject to equipment availability.
Individual folding chairs are available with a 10-chair minimum.
Individual Chair Rental: $2.50 per chair
Rental packages may have their own minimum quantities and pricing.
Rental equipment must be returned reasonably clean and free from excessive:
Additional cleaning charges may apply when equipment requires cleaning beyond normal use.
Customers are responsible for rental equipment from the time it is delivered or released to them until it is picked up or returned to Funfetti Events.
Current replacement charges include:
Additional repair or replacement charges may apply depending on the actual equipment damaged or lost.
Customers may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized movement, improper storage, weather exposure, or failure to follow rental instructions.
Normal wear and tear is not considered customer damage.
Weather conditions are outside the control of Funfetti Events LLC. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations.
Customers are responsible for protecting rental equipment from:
Funfetti Events reserves the right to delay, relocate, modify, refuse, or discontinue a setup when weather or environmental conditions create an unreasonable safety risk to customers, guests, staff, or equipment.
Safety always takes priority.
Customers must provide a reasonably flat, stable, clean, and safe area for rental equipment.
Tables, chairs, tents, photo booths, backdrops, and other equipment must be placed in locations appropriate for their intended use.
Dirt, sand, severely uneven ground, steep slopes, or other potentially unsafe surfaces may require prior approval.
Stairs, elevators, gates, long walking distances, restricted parking, narrow entrances, or other accessibility concerns must be disclosed before the event.
Additional delivery or setup charges may apply.
Rental equipment may only be used for its intended purpose.
Standing, jumping, climbing, hanging, or intentionally misusing chairs, tables, tents, photo booths, backdrops, or other Funfetti Events equipment is prohibited.
Customers are responsible for supervising their guests and children and helping ensure equipment is used appropriately throughout the rental period.
The following additional terms apply to reservations that include a Funfetti Events photo booth.
Once the photo booth has been positioned and set up by Funfetti Events, customers and guests may not move, relocate, lift, tilt, unplug, disassemble, or reposition it without permission.
If the booth needs to be moved, please contact Funfetti Events.
Customers may be responsible for damage caused by unauthorized movement or handling.
Customers are responsible for ensuring guests use the photo booth appropriately.
Children should be supervised by a responsible adult.
Running around the booth, climbing on equipment, pulling on stands, shaking or hitting the booth, or intentionally interfering with equipment is prohibited.
Food and beverages should be kept away from:
Customers may be responsible for damage caused by spills, food, liquids, or improper handling.
Customers and guests may not unplug, reconnect, modify, relocate, or tamper with electrical cords, lighting, printers, power strips, or other photo booth components.
If the booth loses power or experiences a technical issue, please contact Funfetti Events.
When required, customers must provide reasonable access to a safe and reliable electrical outlet.
Customers and guests may not open, disassemble, repair, reset, reconfigure, or otherwise tamper with Funfetti Events equipment or software.

Customers must provide a reasonably flat, stable, clean, dry, and accessible location with sufficient space for the photo booth and related equipment.
Funfetti Events reserves the right to approve the final location based on:
The photo booth and related equipment may not block emergency exits, entrances, walkways, or required access areas.
Outdoor photo booth setups require prior approval.
The booth must be protected from rain, moisture, excessive heat, strong winds, sprinklers, standing water, and other conditions that could damage equipment or create a safety hazard.
Funfetti Events may delay setup, relocate the booth, temporarily shut it down, or discontinue service when conditions become unsafe.
Funfetti Events will make reasonable efforts to position and secure cords safely.
Customers and guests should not remove or reposition tape, cord covers, barriers, or other safety measures.
Please notify Funfetti Events immediately if a cord, stand, backdrop, or other component becomes loose or creates a potential hazard.
Props, signs, backdrops, and accessories must be used appropriately.
Guests may not climb on, pull, hang from, push, or intentionally damage backdrop stands or other equipment.
Props should remain within the designated photo booth area.
Missing or intentionally damaged Funfetti Events property may result in replacement or repair charges.
Digital photo delivery and instant-sharing features may depend on Wi-Fi, cellular service, internet access, third-party applications, and other technology.
If internet or cellular service is unavailable or unreliable at the event location, digital sharing may be delayed.
Funfetti Events will make reasonable efforts to provide all digital services included in the customer's selected package.
For packages that include printing, temporary interruptions may occur because of equipment malfunctions, power interruptions, connectivity problems, or other unexpected technical issues.
Funfetti Events will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practical.
Print sizes, quantities, and services are limited to those included in the customer's selected package.
Electronic equipment may occasionally experience unexpected technical problems.
Customers must allow Funfetti Events a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot and correct technical issues.
Customers and guests should never attempt to repair or reconfigure the photo booth themselves.
Customers are expected to take reasonable care of Funfetti Events equipment while it is at their event.
Customers may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for equipment that is:
Customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear or equipment malfunctions they did not cause.
Photo booth service is limited to the rental period listed on the reservation.
Additional rental time must be approved by Funfetti Events and may result in additional charges.
Funfetti Events LLC is committed to providing a safe environment for customers, guests, employees, contractors, and representatives.
If, during delivery, setup, event service, breakdown, or pickup, a Funfetti Events team member reasonably believes a situation presents a serious safety risk, Funfetti Events reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service and leave the event or property.
Unsafe situations may include:
When reasonably possible, Funfetti Events will attempt to address the issue with the customer or responsible event contact before discontinuing service.
Serious or immediate threats may require Funfetti Events personnel to leave without prior warning.
If services are discontinued because of unsafe or threatening conduct caused by the customer, guests, attendees, or conditions at the event location, refunds will not be provided for services already performed or services that could not be completed because of those conditions.
If equipment cannot be safely retrieved, Funfetti Events may return when conditions are reasonably safe. The customer remains responsible for reasonably protecting and securing the equipment until retrieval.
Funfetti Events may contact law enforcement, emergency services, venue security, property management, or other appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary.
Funfetti Events LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or other losses resulting from the misuse or improper use of rental equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring rental equipment is used safely and appropriately throughout the rental period.
Nothing in these policies is intended to waive or eliminate any responsibility that cannot legally be waived.
Funfetti Events LLC may photograph completed rental setups and décor for use on our website, social media accounts, advertisements, portfolio, and other promotional materials.
Customers who do not want their event setup photographed or used for marketing should notify Funfetti Events in writing before the event.
Photographs or videos that clearly feature identifiable guests will only be used when appropriate permission has been obtained.
Funfetti Events LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, venue restrictions, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

By submitting a deposit, making payment, signing a rental agreement, or otherwise confirming a reservation with Funfetti Events LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to these Rental Policies & Terms.
Reservations containing a photo booth are also subject to the Photo Booth Rental & Safety Policies above.
